How does the pickup and delivery service work?
After enrollment you are provided a garment BAG and a coded My Valet garment
hook is installed at your selected home location, normally your front porch.
On your scheduled pick up days and time, weekly, monthly, or calls as
needed, your garments are picked up and
delivered to your home or office. Upon
delivery ,the delivery person scans your coded hook to confirm and radio
transmit your on-time pickup /delivery time and date. An email is sent to you to

Depending on your requirements, we pickup and deliver before or after you arrive
from work , 4am-6am or 7pm-10pm, during the day 9am-5pm, and also on weekends

How do I pay my charges ?
After your garments have been cared for and before delivery your credit card
account is charged. Executive Plan
